Abstract:
To obtain a polyurethane-based curable composition which has good workability due to its low viscosity without solvent, is curable at room temperature and is excellent in surface appearance, mechanical strength and weatherability of a paint film after curing.
The composition contains a plasticizer and a hindered amine light stabilizer. The plasticizer contains an ester (C) of a monocarboxylic acid (A) consisting of a 10-24C unsaturated fatty acid or a mixed fatty acid composed of the above unsaturated fatty acid and a saturated fatty acid and a 1-10C monool (B).
