Abstract:
To provide a curable resin composition which is excellent in adhesion to titanium, heat resistance and water resistance, and an adhesive and an adhesive film including the curable resin composition.SOLUTION: A curable resin composition gives a cured product having an initial adhesive force to a titanium film of 4 N/cm or more, the cured product also keeping an adhesive force of the titanium film of 4 N/cm or more after stored at 90°C in 90% RH environment for 48 hours. The cured product has a 5% weight reduction temperature of 350°C or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: None
