Abstract:
To provide a curable resin composition or the like capable of obtaining a cured product having excellent reliability which improves compatibility of a curable resin having a repeating unit derived from a maleimide-based monomer and a repeating unit derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer.SOLUTION: There is provided a curable resin composition or the like which is a curable resin composition comprising (A) a curable copolymer resin having a first repeating unit represented by the following formula (1) and a second repeating unit represented by the following formula (2), (B) a thermosetting resin and (C) an acrylic copolymer compound different from the component (A), wherein the blending amount of the component (C) is 0.01 to 5 pts.mass based on the total 100 pts.mass of the component (A) and the component (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None
