PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable top-coating composition having excellent staining resistance, adhesion, solvent resistance, and impact resistance and to provide an object coated therewith.
SOLUTION: There is provided a curable top-coating composition prepared by mixing 100 pts.wt. (A) acrylic copolymer containing reactive silyl groups and hydroxyl groups bonded to carbon atoms, represented by formula I (wherein R1 is hydrogen or a 1-10C alkyl; R2 is hydrogen or a monovalent hydrocarbon group selected among 1-10C alkyl groups, aryl groups, and aralkyl groups; and a is an integer of 0-2) with 2-70 pts.wt. (B) silicon compound represented by formula II: (R3O)4-b-Si-R4b (wherein R3 is a monovalent hydrocarbon selected among 1-10C alkyl groups, aryl groups, and aralkyl groups; R4 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group selected among 1-10C alkyl groups, aryl groups, and aralkyl groups; and b is 0 or 1) and/or partial hydrolyzate thereof and 0.1-50 pts.wt. (C) crosslinking agent being a compound containing at least two isocyanate groups.
