There is provided a method for producing a urethane(meth)acrylate (UA) including reacting tricyclodecanedimethanol (A), represented by formula (I), a polyisocyanate (B) and a (meth)acrylate containing a hydroxy group (C) to obtain a urethane(meth)acrylate (UA), wherein the reaction of the tricyclodecanedimethanol (A) with the polyisocyanate (B) is carried out by adding the tricyclodecanedimethanol (A) into the polyisocyanate (B) at 50-130°C to react and form a urethane isocyanate prepolymer, and then reacting the urethane isocyanate prepolymer with the (meth)acrylate containing a hydroxy group (C) to form the urethane (meth)acrylate (UA).
