Abstract:
PURPOSE: To use a curing concrete transporting device and the concrete curing equip ment even in a high temperature.high dampness environment with little shock.
CONSTITUTION: As for a curing concrete transport device, a number of hook engagement parts 7 are installed, keeping a specified intervals in the transport direction, on the undersurface part of a pallet 4 on which a concrete shaping mold 2 is placed, and a number of supporting rollers are installed, keeping an intervals, in a transport passage 3, and a pallet sending-out shafts 8 over the whole length of the transport passage 3 is installed in shiftable manner in the longitudinal direction, and a hydraulic cylinder 10 for the movement in the longitudinal direction by the equal stroke to the interval of a hook engagement part 7 and a hook mechanism 11 engaged and disengaged with the hook engagement part 7 are installed. Further, as for a concrete curing equipment, the concrete finishing area and the curing area are formed, and a number of transport devices 1 are arranged in multirow forn, and a hydraulic driving dolly for transferring the shaping mold 2 after the curing processing to the next processing area such as inspection.storage area is installed, and an expandable fork device is installed through a hydraulic elevator device.
