Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively cure a coating film on the peripheral surface of a disk.
CONSTITUTION: The disk 1 is moved under a light source 11 by a disk transportation part 12 and the coating film on the surface is cured by receiving irradiation of curing acceleration light beam. A reflective plate 19 arranged on the rear of the disk 1 makes the light beam concentrate on the peripheral surface 3 of the disk 1 by a recessed surface 21 to cure the coating film at this place so as to cure it like the other place.
