Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cure a photo-curable resin or an electron ray-curable resin not containing a photoinitiator with light irradiation.SOLUTION: In an atmosphere under a prescribed oxygen concentration or lower at which oxygen inhibition to the polymerization of a photo-curable resin or an electron ray-curable resin is not caused, ultraviolet rays in a wavelength region corresponding to the light absorbing properties of the photo-curable resin or electron ray-curable resin is applied to cause polymerization, the photo-curable resin or electron ray-curable resin is irradiated with the ultraviolet rays to polymerize at least the surface layer, and electron beams are applied to polymerize the deep part to cure the whole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
