Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a small sized and high performance two-dimensional image sensor by preventing transmission delay of a gate pulse in the gate line without deterioration of switching characteristic of a thin film transistor and resolution of photoelectric conversion element.
CONSTITUTION: In a two-dimensional image sensor, the GND line 38 for connecting a wiring 39 for light shielding to the GND level is arranged in the horizontal direction, the GND line 38 is laid, through an insulating layer, crossing a data line 36 and a wiring 40 connecting a photoelectric conversion element 32 and a thin film transistor 33, and a load capacitance CL' and an additional capacitance CD' are formed with the crossing portions a, b.
