Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curling tool which is capable of rapidly and exactly curling the hair when applying special permanent waves requiring the twisting, etc., of the hair to the hair.
SOLUTION: A rotating body 23 is connected to via a motor shaft 22 to a motor 21 which is built in a cylindrical body 17 of a cylindrical part 12. A clip 13 comprises a first holder 25 and a second holder 26 and is so energized that their front ends are brought into abutment on each other. The first holder 25 is mounted at the front end of the rotating body 23 in the central direction of its central shaft. When a switch 24 is turned on in this state, the rotation of the rotating body 23 is transmitted to the first holder 25 (in the direction of an arrow) and the clip 13 rotates. Then, the hair 30 held at the front end of the clip 13 is twisted at a prescribed speed in this direction.
