PURPOSE: To provide the subject method designed to ensure the traffic of vehicles etc., not to be hampered and facilitate animal management favorably in terms of landscape because of no need of any standing construct, by providing specific current applying zones which are connected to an electric source so that the zones adjacent to each other mutually render reversely polar.

CONSTITUTION: The ground 1 in a selected specific zone is provided with an electrical insulation layer 2 covered with a material having electrical insulation properties, and the surface of the layer 2 is furnished with current applying zones 3 consisting of current-applicable materials each with a specified width arranged in parallel with one another in an equally spaced fashion, and the zones 3 are connected to an electric source so that the zones adjacent to each other mutually render reversely polar.
