PURPOSE: To safely perform work by eliminating a current-carrying cassette by simple fitting installing work of a short circuit cassette for a bypass while an electric current is carried as it is without interrupting power supply when replacing work is performed at replacing time of an integrating wattmeter or failure time or the like.
CONSTITUTION: Inserting recessed parts 9 having connecting metal fittings 8 in which current carrying connecting protrusions 14 arranged on a current- carrying cassette 5 are inserted, are formed on a surface of a terminal board body 2. Plural or more movable pushing-out protrusive parts 10 are arranged in the vicinity of these inserting recessed parts 9. Conductive connecting pins 16 to be inserted in plural bypass pin inserting-fitting holes 12 arranged in the terminal board body 2, are protrusively arranged on a short circuit cassette 6 situated in parallel to the current-carrying cassette 5, and pushing out pins 17 to be inserted in pressing holes 11 to press rotary cams arranged inside of the terminal board body 2 are protrusively arranged. At replacing work time or the like, the current-carrying cassette 5 is floatingly eliminated by fitting of the short circuit cassette 6.
