To enable a user to know a current acceptance state and a waiting time by screen display of a cellular phone in medical examination application to a medical facility, to perform the medical examination application in a place distant from the medical facility, and to effectively use the time after completion of the application while preventing forgetting of a consultation time by receiving a call mail by a screen display function of the cellular phone before the consultation time.

After an applicant 10 of medical examination is log-in authenticated in a host device 13 which manages the current day's acceptance state of a medical facility 15 in which he/she is to have a medical examination by use of a screen display function 12 of a portable terminal device 11 possessed by himself/herself, the cellular phone is connected to a main acceptance system. When the acceptance is executed after confirming the current acceptance state on a display screen 12 of the portable terminal device 11, an acceptance completion report from the host device 13 which manages the current day's acceptance state is displayed on the screen display function 12 of the portable terminal device 11, whereby the applicant can perform the application on a first-come basis. When the consultation time gets close, the host device 13 automatically transmits a call mail to the e-mail address of the applicant to report that effect.
