Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the distribution of current density on the power generation surface of a fuel cell easily and accurately, and to suppress the impact due to damage especially of a thin film resistor as much as possible.SOLUTION: A measuring device 10 includes a plurality of flat rectangular electrode segments forming a pair and dividing the region of an electrolyte/electrode structure corresponding to the power generation surface region into a plurality of regions, and a thin film resistor 50 is arranged corresponding to each electrode segment. The thin film resistor 50 has a plurality of resistor pieces 50a, a first coupling piece 50b1 for coupling one ends of respective resistor pieces 50a integrally, and a second coupling piece 50b2 for coupling the other ends of respective resistor pieces 50a integrally.
