Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a current with high sensitivity by use of a Hall element. SOLUTION: This device comprises a first part 1 formed of a U-shaped current passage forming conductor 4 and a resin molded product 5, a second part 2 formed of a support plate 21 having a semiconductor chip 20 including the Hall element fixed thereto, lead terminals 22-25 and a resin molded product 30. The first part 1 has positioning parts 5a and 5b, and the second part 2 is positioned thereto and adhered.
