To provide a current driver in which consumption current at a steady state is suppressed low while having almost the same characteristics as that of a normal class A amplifier.
The current driver is provided with an input terminal to which a current is inputted, an output terminal in which the current is amplified and from which the current is outputted, an input circuit having a first current mirror circuit constituted of a first conductivity type transistor and a second current mirror circuit constituted of a second conductivity type transistor, an amplifier circuit in which the potential of the output terminal is returned to the input terminal and which holds the output terminal and the input terminal substantially at the same potential, and an output circuit having a third current mirror circuit for flowing-out a source current from the output terminal and a fourth current mirror circuit for flowing-in a sink current from the output terminal.
