Title:
CURRENT GENERATOR CIRCUIT FOR GENERATING ALMOST FIXED REFERENCE CURRENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2823822
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable current to be supplied to the other part of a circuit through a current mirror transistor by respectively receiving signals from the intermediate circuit point of first and second resistor chains by an operational amplifier provided with first and second input terminals and receiving the output signals of the operational amplifier by the control terminal of a current setting device.
SOLUTION: A positive input terminal 14 which is the first input terminal of the operational amplifier 12 receives the input from the intermediate circuit point 26 of the first resistor R1 and second resistor R2 of the first resistor chain 22. Also, a negative input terminal 16 which is the second input terminal of the operational amplifier 12 receives the input from the intermediate circuit point 28 of the resistor R3 of the second resistor chain 24 and the emitter of a second bipolar transistor Q2. Then, the output signals of the operational amplifier 12 are received by the control terminal of a P channel transistor 30 as the current setting device through a line 18 and the P channel transistor 30 is driven. Thus, the stable current is supplied to the other circuit through the current mirror transistors 32 and 34.
