Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution by a method wherein the positive and negative currents of the reversible motor converted into the voltage with single polarity are compared with the limit value. CONSTITUTION:The positive and negative currents flowing in the servo motor 1 is converted into the positive and negative voltages (a) by the low resistor 2. Said positive and negative voltages are further converted and amplified into single polarity by the double wave rectifier 8. The voltage (b) converted into the same polarity is compared with the limit value 11 set up by means of adjusting the variable resistor 10 making use of the voltage comparator 9. In case the resultant output (b) exceeds said limit value 11, the limit signal (c) is output from said voltage comparator 9. The limit signal (c) notifies users of interruption and alarm of the driving system of servo motor. Through these procedures, the circuit constitution can be simplified because the use of only one voltage comparator is sufficient enough.
