A current position detection device (1) for learning a distance coefficient of a vehicle speed pulse to the running distance of a vehicle and detecting a current position of the vehicle by using the learned distance coefficient comprises a road surface temperature calculation means (13) for calculating the road surface temperature on the basis of at least two parameters out of parameters of outside temperature, an insolation state and a raining state, a distance coefficient correction means (12) for correcting the distance coefficient on the basis of the calculated road surface temperature, and a running distance calculation means (14) for calculating the running distance using the corrected distance coefficient.
