Abstract:
To provide a current sense circuit capable of widening an in-phase input range while reducing the size of a circuit scale, and a DC/DC converter.SOLUTION: Resistors R4 and R5 are connected in series between a junction point between an emitter of a transistor Q1 and a resistor R1 and a junction point between an emitter of a transistor Q2 and a resistor R2. A voltage V1 at a junction point between the resistor R4 and the resistor R5 and a predetermined voltage (V+-V2) are compared and when the junction point voltage V1 is higher than the predetermined voltage (V+-V2), a current I1 flows through transistors MP6 and MN5, a current M×I1 flows through a transistor MN4, and a current M×I1/2 flows from the resistor R1 and the resistor R2 toward a junction point between the resistors R4 and R5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
