Abstract:
To provide a new current sensor which can solve problems of an existing clamp-type CT sensor as a current sensor for measuring the current flowing in an already arranged electric wire to which the current sensor is attached, the problems being that correct information on the current cannot be obtained if the clamp-type CT sensor is detached from the electric wire and is attached to a wrong place.SOLUTION: The current sensor according to the present invention includes: a first sensor part having a first core and a first case containing the first core; and a second sensor unit having a second core and a second case containing the second core. The first sensor part and the second sensor part are engaged with each other, with a measurement target electric wire inserted therebetween, to measure a current flowing in the measurement target electric wire. The current sensor further includes engagement cancellation preventing means for preventing cancellation of the engagement between the first sensor unit and the second sensor unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
