Abstract:
To provide a current sensor capable of accurately measuring a current even when a dust core is used.
In a current sensor 1 using a magnetic yoke 2 formed by a dust core (a powder magnetic core), the magnetic yoke 2 includes a gap length on a magnetic path generated by a current flowing in a bus bar 4 and surrounding the bus bar 4, and a hall device 3 is provided in a gap constituting the gap length. A ratio of a gap length (Lg) to a total magnetic path length (Ly+Lg) is set so that flux density of the magnetic path is restricted in a linear region of a B-H curve.
