Title:
CURRENT STRAIGHTENING VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3120331
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the resonance of a fluid pipe by arranging a main body of a current straightening valve equipped with a side wall surrounding the bottom portion at the passage outlet side of a fluid passage, providing a passage hole in the side wall of the main body of the current straightening valve, and making a through-hole at the bottom of the main body of the current straightening valve.
SOLUTION: A shower head is attached to a shower hose 10 through an adopter. If the shower head is used with a current straightening valve 1 attached, hot water sent from the side of the shower hose 10 is once received by the current straightening valve 1, and hot water is run-off from a passage hole 5 and a through-hole 7 and then sent to the shower head side. At this time, hot water running off from the passage hole 5 collides with the inner wall surface of an attaching adopter and the wall surface is vibrated, but hot water runs off also from the side of the through-hole 7, so that the resonance can be prevented. Also, the current straightening valve 1 itself vibrates after the impact with the hot water but the occurrence of unpleasant sound due to resonance can be prevented because a through-hole 7 of the current straightening valve 1 is made at the bottom portion 6. Thus, the unpleasant sound due to the resonance can be prevented.
