Abstract:
To economically use a vacuum switch chamber for a current switch.
The current switch includes a parallel divergence section 4 connected so as to intercept current with the vacuum switch chamber. The divergence section 4 is not urged at a regular action, and the current is flowed in the divergence section 4 only when a disconnector 2 begins an opening action by a progressive transfer of the current from principal power line 1 to the divergence section 4. A vacuum switch 6 is not necessary to take measurements so as to satisfy severe electrical and insulating requirements for regular actions since the vacuum switch 6 is generally suspended.
