To surely prevent the occurrence of a blackout in a substation by preventing an inspector from forgetting opening of a cutoff-circuit locking switch when executing an inspection of a protective relay.
A current-test terminal device is used when executing an inspection of a protective relay and used for opening the protective relay from a current circuit. The current-test terminal device has a test terminal 31 connected to the protective relay, a current-test terminal inserted into the test terminal so as to open the protective relay from the current circuit, and a locking switch 35 for locking a cutoff circuit in order to prevent malfunction of an earth-fault overcurrent relay. A plug insertion port 19 is formed in one face of the test terminal so as to allow the current-test terminal to be inserted thereinto. The test terminal is provided with a door part 32 for opening/closing the plug insertion port in order to open the locking switch when the plug insertion port is exposed by opening the door part.
