Abstract:
To solve a problem that the producing yield is lowered by fluctuation in cap width and an output is fluctuated when the cap width is narrow in a current transformer for alleviating magnetic saturation by providing a gap or a plurality of gaps to a part of magnetic path.
The magnetic core blocks, each of which is formed by laminating a plurality of magnetic thin plates, are abutted with each other via spacers and are then tightened with a tightening band from the external circumference. These magnetic core blocks are accommodated within a core case leaving a gap. A secondary winding is wound around the core case. These core cases and winding are then put into an armored case.
