Title:
CURSOR CONTROLLED SIGNAL INPUTTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04145515
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the operability of the device by providing a movement stopping switch for instructing the stoppage of a cursor and a moving amount zero clearing circuit which sets the moving amount to zero when the switch is turned on.

CONSTITUTION: A controlling section is provided with an X- and Y-axis counters 21 and 22 which respectively receive signals corresponding to moving amounts sent from an X- and Y-axis sensors 11 and 12, and hold the received moving amounts and a moving amount zero clearing circuit 23. While a movement stopping switch 13 is turned on, the circuit 23 sets 'zero' moving amounts in the counters 21 and 22 and the movement of a cursor is stopped. Therefore, when the cursor is to be fixed, the movement of the cursor can be stopped temporarily by turning on the movement stopping switch without moving this cursor control signal inputting device to a nonobstructive place.
