The respective slats 14 are connected to the positioning cords 13 and the connecting part 15, and one connecting part 15 positioned between the storing part 11 and the bottom rail 12 is connected to the storing part 11 and the bottom rail 12 at the same width as the slats 4, and positioned outside the slats 14.
