To provide a curtain which can be manufactured by easy work in a short period of time and is formed into a desirable pleats shape.

Band shape curtain interlining cloth 2 is equipped with an interlining cloth body which is attached along the upper end part of this curtain body 1 and formed of a fiber material. The padding cloth body is made by being impregnated with thermosetting resin and then dried. The padding cloth is heat-cured in a condition bent into a shape of alternately appearing valley parts 3 and mountain parts 4 in the longitudinal direction. The curtain padding cloth 2 treated by such a process is attached to an upper part of the curtain body 1. When a curtain with the interlining cloth is hung on a curtain rail, pleats are generated in the curtain body corresponding to a shape of the curtain interlining cloth.
