In the large diameter side of the fan-shaped belt 6, with the belt advancing side held by an intermediate roller 8 and a pinch roller 9 and a belt return side held by the intermediate roller 8 and a driving roller 7, a belt is made to travel on an upper frame 1 forming nearly a fan shape. The upper frame 1 is installed so as to be opened and closed upward through the hinge 47 provided in the front plate 41 of a lower frame. A pinch roller unit 30 is locked on the peripheral side of the belt by the catch clip 34 provided between the pinch roller unit 30 and the adapter plates 33 of a lower frame 4, and the inner peripheral side of the upper frame locked to the rear plate 42 of the lower frame 1 by the inner side belt guide 44. At the time of clearing and replacing the fan-shaped belt 6, the removal of the fan-shaped belt 6 is made easy with the upper frame 1 opened upward by removing the inner side belt guide 44 after removing the pinch roller unit 30 after canceling the engagement of a catch clip 34.
