To provide a cushion basket for preventing articles on a car seat from falling, which does not give any unpleasant feeling when being placed inside a car, prevents articles from falling, and enables a safe drive though a front passenger seat and back seats of the car are convenient to place articles and make the driver and passengers disappointed by the falling of the articles in an unexpected situation since there are many people who place valuable goods and baggage.

The cushion basket remains as a cushion in a normal mode. Instruments for easily separating or incorporating the cushion to completely open and close the cushion are attached. The cushion basket is constituted to raise the cushion to form four sides by attaching members D, E to the cushion and to fasten hooking devices of members D, E to parts A, C of the cushion. Two kinds of cushion baskets for the front passenger seat and the back seats are very convenient and meet various applications. The cushion basket which is easy to use is made by selecting a fabric for the outer cover and a material for the cushion put in the outer cover. The cushion basket is used in various ways not only as the cushion basket but also as an emergency kit for an earthquake or the like or an outdoor product.
