A cushion weave material 1 formed by weaving high rubber elastic yarn 5 in longitudinal and transverse directions within the thickness of a fabric, which consists of a woven fabric made of polyester fibers formed by weaving pile yarn between the upper and lower ground weaves of a net work or the like and has flexibility and elasticity, is held between upper and lower metal molds 11 and 12 for injection molding in which the outer peripheral end thereof and the end 5a of the high rubber elastic yarn 5 correspond to the frame body 6 made of a synthetic resin in such a manner that the outer peripheral ends of this material and the ends 5a of the high rubber elastic yarn 5 exist within the cavity 13 of the upper and lower metal molds 11 and 12 and a molten resin material 15 is injected into the cavity, by which the cushion boy is injection molded. As a result, the cushion weave material 1 spread in the bore part of a frame body 6 is eventually so spread that the high rubber elastic yarn 5 woven into this fabric can support the tension on the bore side of the frame body 6 while this material is thin. An effect of exceedingly improving the cushion property is thus obtained.
