To provide a cushion clip integrally including a cushion part and a thread cutting part, being hardly deflected by enhancing strength of the thread cutting part and capable of fulfilling a role of a stopper.
The cushion clip 10 includes: the cushion part 12 for absorbing impact; and the thread cutting part 20 formed with a male screw 22 thread-engaged with a peripheral edge part of a mounting hole. The cushion part 12 is formed of a material capable of absorbing the impact and being easily deflected, the thread cutting part 20 is formed of a material having higher rigidity than the cushion part 12 and being hardly deflected, and the cushion part 12 and the thread cutting part 20 are made to an integrated structure. Further, relative height displacement of the cushion part 12 relative to the mounting hole is made possible by thread engagement/rotation of the thread cutting part 20 relative to the peripheral edge part of the mounting hole.
