The implement is formed as a cushioning pillow or a mat, and has a cushioning recess in part of it for inserting the face of the user. Small holes corresponding to eyes and nostrils may be or may not be formed on the inner base of the recess, and a ventilation tube is inserted from outside or a vent hole is opened, so that outside air can freely flow.
