PURPOSE: To improve the thickness deviation and moldability of a product by limiting the peripheral size of a titled material to a specific value and constituting the material in such a manner that the thickness and thickness deviation can be maintained within a specific range.

CONSTITUTION: Plates, sheets, woven fabrics and non-woven fabrics consisting of thermoplastic resins such as polyamide resin, polyimide resin, polyfluoroplastic, and silicone resin are used alone or combined and resin impregnated fabrics, etc. are laminated and molded, by which the thickness is made 1.5W5mm and the thickness deviation 0.2W0.6mm. The product having the good thickness deviation is obtd. and press moldability is improved by using the member constituted in the above-mentioned manner.
