PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid occurrence of a void in an object to be pressed with excellent strain recovery and followability to an irregularity by setting a temperature condition to a pressing temperature of a hot press, and setting a loss tangential value in the case of measuring a dynamic viscoelasticity at the time of setting of a frequency condition to a time corresponding to one press cycle of the hot press to a specific value.
SOLUTION: A kneaded body obtained by kneading a vulcanizing material with a raw rubber is processed to a sheet-like unvulcanized rubber sheet, primarily vulcanized, then secondarily vulcanized at a boiling point or higher of a plasticizer, and its loss tangential value is set to 0.04 or less. A cushion material 3 contains rubber having 0.04 or less of the tangential value in the case of measuring a dynamic viscoelasticity upon setting of a temperature condition to a pressing temperature of a hot press and setting a frequency condition to a time starting flowing of an adhesive to a completion of adhesion. The material is used for the hot press to rapidly make an irregular internal stress generated upon flowing of the adhesive in an object to be pressed uniform. Thus, strain recovery and irregularity followability are improved, and a void in the object can be suppressed.
