To provide a cushion member having durability against an impact and a load from a direction other than a predetermined direction without using a metal material and its forming method.
The cushion member 1 is composed of a frame part 3 equipped with a cylindrical hole part 4 for mounting the cushion member 1, and an outer peripheral part 2 formed in close contact with the frame part 3 so as to cover the outer periphery and the upper part of the frame part 3. The frame part 3 and the outer peripheral part 2 are composed of high polymer materials having high elasticity. A first high polymer material forming the frame part 3 is formed of a material having higher rigidity than a second high polymer material forming the outer peripheral part 2. When the cushion member 1 receives an impact from the outside, the frame part 3 deforms along with the outer peripheral part 2, and the impact is alleviated.
