Abstract:
The present invention provides a cushion pin that is used for a press molding device and has a constitution such that a large stroke width can be assured by a plurality of springs and loading characteristics caused by spring manufacturing errors can be suitably managed. A cushion pin 20 is provided with a cylindrical main body part 21, a bottom cap (bottom member) 22 disposed at an end part on one side of the main body part 21, a cap screw (cover member) 30 disposed at the end part on the other side of the main body part 21, a piston member 26 held in the main body part 21 by the cap screw 30, and a first spring 51 and a second spring 52 (plurality of springs) disposed in series inside the main body part 21 so as to stepwise catch a load received via the piston member 26. The first spring 51 and the second spring 52 are held in the main body part 21 such that the load receiving timing thereof overlaps.
