Title:
CUSHION SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2684919
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a cushion sheet which has an excellent air permeability, body weight distribution characteristics, and a high production efficiency and satisfies the user's feelings of soft touch and firm support of the load at the same time when a user sits on the cushion sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A top layer material 5 consists of a cloth 2 and non-woven fabric 3 bonded on the rear face of the cloth 2, and is attached on the surface of a foamed polyurethane layer 4. The nonwoven fabric 3 has a two-ply construction consisting of a high-density upper layer and low-density lower layer, and the low-density lower layer is a fiber-reinforced polyurethane layer 6 into which polyurethane foaming material of the foamed polyurethane layer 4 is impregnated and foam-molded, so that the nonwoven fabric 3 is attached on the foamed polyurethane layer 4. The load bearing part 30 of the nonwoven fabric 3, where relatively large load is imposed, is molded thicker and the corresponding part of the fiber-reinforced polyurethane layer 60 is also molded thicker.
