Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cushion structure for use as various cushion materials having excellent air-permeability, cushioning characteristic, durability and washability.
CONSTITUTION: A cushion structure has a three-dimensional multi layer woven texture comprising surface gap layer portions and an inside gap layer portion, (i) one or both of the surface gap layer portion having a projected portion extending in at least one direction wherein the average height of the projected portion is 2-15mm and the average width of one side thereof is 2-30mm, and (ii) the inside gap layer portion being formed of a layer having many communicating hollow portions extending parallel in a direction, or two or more of the layers laminated.
