To provide a cushion structure having flat front and back faces and good shape retainability and preventing air leaks.
In the cushion structure, a three-dimensional woven fabric comprising two opposite front and back woven fabrics 2 and 3 appropriately spaced apart and interconnected by a nonstretchable tying yarn 4 is used as a base material, and air-impermeable layers 6 and 7 of synthetic resin or rubber are formed on the surfaces of the woven fabrics of the three-dimensional woven fabric, with the side faces of the layers sealed and fitted with air inlets. The sealed portions of the side faces are bonded to the side ends of the front and back of a nonstretchable sheet 8 and a transparent nonstretchable sheet 13 is provided on the outside of the nonstretchable sheet and boned to the ends of both the front and back of the side faces while covering the bonded portions of the air-impermeable sheet. Preferably, the nonstretchable sheet has air- impermeable layers of synthetic resin or rubber formed on both sides of a bias fabric. Preferably, the air-impermeable sheets are bonded to the transparent air-impermeable sheet.
