To provide a cushion valve device having contamination resistance and a high degree of freedom of a shape.
The cushion valve device 11 comprises a valve block 12. The valve block 12 comprises a first pathway, a second pathway, and a first discharge pathway 31. The first pathway lies between the first supply-discharge pathway 9a of a control valve 8L and the first pilot pathway 7a of a switching valve, and has a first diaphragm 24a. The second pathway lies between the second supply-discharge pathway 9b of the control valve 8L and the second pilot pathway 7b of the switching valve. The first discharge pathway 31 is connected to the first pathway and a tank 10, and a first check valve 33 is provided here. The first check valve 33 comprises a poppet valve body that sits in a valve seat to close the first discharge pathway 31, and a piston that moves the poppet valve body and opens the first discharge pathway 31 when the pilot oil pressure of the second supply-discharge pathway 9b reaches a prescribed pressure or more.
