The toe part and the first front foot part are separated by a bent area 3, front and second front foot parts by a front foot bending area 5, the second front foot part and the moving part 9 by a first area 7, and the moving part and the heel part 8 by a second area 9. Major part of foot shock in running is absorbed into a heel cushion and first and second foot cushions of the cushioning mechanism 1. Consequently, first and second heel cap parts can be made of a very hard and abrasion resistant rubber material.
