Abstract:
To provide a cushioning member of high durability which exerts a cushioning action by undergoing resilient deformation.
The cushioning member 1 includes a long-sized resilient member with a hollow cross section having a mounting surface 2 in a nearly flat form on the backside a and a cushioning part 3 which can undergo resilient deformation on the surface b side. Then fiber reinforcements 5 having flexibility are buried in the corner part 4 where at least the mounting surface 2 and the cushioning part 3 are made continuous, and the fiber reinforcement 5 has the size spanning between the mounting surface 2 and the cushioning part 3 astride the corner part 4.
