Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a corrugated board cushioning-packaging material that does not generate static electricity because of the nature of the material, is easy to dispose of, and can be supplied in a shorter time of delivery and at lower costs.
CONSTITUTION: A packaging material 31 comprises two or more partition plates 34 made of corrugated board and bend cushioning plates 35 that are made of corrugated board and attached on the sides of the partition plates 34. The upper edge of a V-shaped groove 38 of the bend cushioning plates 35 is brought in contact with a base 36b of a cut-off recessed part 36 formed on the side of the partition plate 34. Slits 40 of wings 39 are connected to both ends 36a of the cut-off recessed parts 36. The two or more partition plates 34 are erected parallel at specified intervals to form storage compartments. Bagged modules 16 are placed in the storage compartments and the packaging material 31 is contained in an external packaging case 32.
