Title:
CUSHIONING STOPPER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017002935
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning stopper 1 capable of achieving both of securing of excellent shock absorbing performance by a cushioning body 12 and prevention of metal contact.SOLUTION: A cushioning stopper disposed between an end surface 21a of a housing 2 and an end surface 31a of a shaft 3 includes: a collar 11 having a supporting cylinder 11a which is externally fitted to the shaft 3, and a flange 11b which is formed on one end thereof and can be abutted to the end surface 31a of the shaft 3; a cushioning body 12 which is held on an outer periphery of the supporting cylinder 11a and can be brought into pressure contact with an inner peripheral surface 22a of the housing 2 by compression in an axial direction and expansion deformation in a radial direction; and a sliding ring 13 which is held on an outer periphery of the cushioning body 12 and can be moved to the axial direction with the collar 11 and the cushioning body 12. An axial length L of the supporting cylinder 11a is shorter than an axial length of the cushioning body 12 when the cushioning body 12 is compressed in the axial direction until it is brought into pressure contact with the inner peripheral surface 22a of the housing 2 by the expansion deformation, and a diameter enlargement recession 22b allowing diameter increase and deformation of the sliding ring 13 which is moved to the axial direction in the axial compression process of the cushioning body 12 is formed on the inner peripheral surface 22a of the housing 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
