Title:
CUSHIONING STRUCTURE OF CABLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11350423
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a cushioning structure where a cushioning member can be simply inserted even when the slipping of a center exists between an attaching hole and a cable, and the swinging of the cable can therefore be sufficiently damped.

A cushioning member 31 is composed of a ring-shaped body 32 made of pressure sensitive hardening rubber, a plate 33 with one side hole, a plate 34 with another side hole and bolts 36, and the ring-shaped body 32 is inserted into an annular clearance 30 between the attaching hole 13 and the cable 18 in a nonpressurized state. The bolts 36 are then tightened to harden the ring-shaped body 32 for turning it into an elastic rubber material, which comes into contact with the attaching hole 13 and the cable 18 to sufficiently damp the swinging of the cable 18.
