Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordered food and drink conveying device which can efficiently conveying ordered food and drink from a kitchen to a customer seat.SOLUTION: An ordered food and drink conveying device includes: a main belt conveyor which forms a conveying path from the kitchen side of a restaurant to a customer seat; an auxiliary belt conveyor which is provided to extend to the kitchen side of the main belt conveyor and elongates the conveying path; and control means which, when conveyance starting operation is performed, starts the main belt conveyor and the auxiliary belt conveyor to convey a dish, on which food is placed and which is put on the auxiliary belt conveyor, to the customer seat. When the conveyance starting operation is performed and the dish is moved from the auxiliary belt conveyor to the main belt conveyor, the control means puts the auxiliary belt conveyor into the stop state that the next dish to be conveyed can be put thereon before the main belt conveyor is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
