Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordered food and drink conveying apparatus capable of conveying various sizes of containers and improving conveyance efficiency.SOLUTION: The ordered food and drink conveying apparatus includes: a plurality of conveyance lanes in which routes leading from a kitchen to at least any customer seat in a customer area, are formed in parallel to each other; and a control device for controlling traveling of respective conveyance trays on the plurality of conveyance lanes. In an asynchronous mode selected when carrying an ordered food and drink container having a size to be placed on one conveyance tray, the control device causes respective conveyance trays to mutually independently travel, however, in a synchronous mode when conveying an ordered food and drink container having a size to straddle over the plurality of conveyance lanes, causes the respective conveyance trays to travel in parallel to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
