Abstract:

To support follow with efficiency so that the satisfaction of a customer can be enhanced.

A customer follow support device for supporting the follow performed after the repair to the device used by a customer includes a questionnaire result storage part in which the questionnaire results of the evaluation made by a customer to the repair registered as numerical values are stored, an input part in which the questionnaire results are stored in the questionnaire result storage part upon reception of the questionnaire results, and a determination part for determining how urgent the follow is needed by making comparison of the questionnaire results stored in the questionnaire result storage part with the predetermined threshold.
